Biography

back Gilly Thomas is a teacher and lifelong learner and she is passionate about health and wellness. She develops presentations which incorporate experiential as well as intellectual aspects so that people "get it from the inside out" and understand why.

She has a background in education, psychology and nursing and she is also a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist (www.rubenfeldsynergy.com), a modality which works with the dynamic interrelation of the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

A specialization in working with people who have experienced physical, emotional or developmental trauma, she sees clients in her office or on site. Rubenfeld Synergy Method is able to unwire triggers that keep people in the trauma response. Healing from trauma IS possible.

Gilly has worked with engineers, business personnel, physicians, educators, seniors, health care staff, and athletes. She facilitates self awareness workshops, and has presented at conventions in both Canada and the United States.

A seasoned world traveler, mother, writer, river rafting guide and athlete, Gilly's 30 years of experience helps people find an easeful way to be!
