Performance Optimization Research Study
Are you a man or woman between 20 – 60 years of age who runs or cycles 3x/week?
We
are looking for individuals who participate in their sport a minimum of
3 times/week (this may include biking to work or training for a
marathon) who are interested in:
participating
in a research study to determine the effects of a mind-body approach on
athletes – specifically measuring the difference in time results,
chronic pain and/or heart rate.
The study will involve weekly one-hour sessions over 8 weeks and record keeping for a 10 week period.
